嫩丹高速公路
嫩丹”高速公路（即现在的“齐双”线）是吉林省规划的支线高速公路，北起黑龙江省齐齐哈尔市，由镇赉县坦途镇进入吉林省，经镇赉县、白城市、洮南市、通榆县，后经松原西部、内蒙古东部，到吉林省双辽市，与大（庆）广（州）高速相交，并进入辽宁省，经过沈阳直到丹东，全长公里。
嫩丹高速公路对白城发展的意义建设“嫩丹”高速公路，有利于提升白城市区位优势，促进白城乃至全省经济发展至关重要。白城市位于吉林省的西北部，与内蒙古的东部、黑龙江的西南部相邻，是上述地区进京（北京）达海（大连）的必经之路，并对其经济社会发展起到辐射带动作用，特别是随着白城经济的快速发展，这种作用进一步增强。近几年，由于国家先后投资建设了途经内蒙古乌兰浩特的国道和途径松原的大广高速公路，对白城市形成南北夹击，东西分割之势，吸引分流了大量的人流、物流，白城市所处的区域经济中心的地位受到严重威胁。
嫩丹高速公路白城段工程进展
一期：镇赉至白城段42公里、白城长安机场连接线7.5公里工程已交工通车
二期：镇赉至坦途段51公里；
三期：白城至黑水段57公里路基和桥涵工程已基本完成
年10月份，嫩丹高速公路坦途至黑水段可实现全线交工通车。届时，万鹤乡人民渴望融入大交通、大循环的梦想，也将随着嫩丹高速的通车而变为现实。

年镇赉至白城段完成投资13.41亿元，路基、桥涵工程全部完工

年11月，嫩丹高速今年已完成投资15.54亿元，占年度计划总投资的97%。白城长安机场连接线工程已实现通车，为机场做通航准备提供了有力保障。

这条高速公路贯穿黑吉辽蒙三省一区，建成后将成为助推当地经济发展的交通大通道。建设标准为全封闭、全立交、双向四车道标准高速公路。年10月全线交工通车后，白城市将实现北接哈大齐、南连京津唐、东进长吉图、辐射蒙东地区，区位优势更加明显。
鹤乡之春，云卷云舒，生机盎然。3月的嫩丹高速施工一线已是一派繁忙景象，该项目年各项建设工程已全部启动实施。
在施工现场了解到，该项目沿线18个施工标段近0人、10个监理单位多人，已陆续进驻施工一线开展工作。沿线实验室人员也已全部到位，对今年涉及的工程项目，正在进行所有单质材料、配合比试验及其他标准击实试验，确保不影响整体施工进度。材料设备准备工作目前已完成沥青、碎石、沙砾等施工原材料备料工作，且90%的原材料已进场，完成备料金额2.7亿元，有力保障了年路面工程按计划进行。

据了解，嫩丹高速是实现东北三省一区高速互通、推动吉林西部生态经济区建设的重大项目。该项目北起黑龙江省嫩江县，纵穿白城镇赉县、洮北区、洮南市、通榆县4个县（市、区），南达辽宁省丹东市。该项目经省发改委批准建设坦途至黑水段公里，总投资71亿元。
